We are Kim and Chris – and we enjoy good beer, good brunch, and memorable experiences. We have every weekend off with each other – and we don’t intend to waste them 🙂 We weren’t always this way though…except for maybe enjoying a few cocktails throughout the week. We were both retail professionals that got a handful of weekends off during our career. After a decade of retail – we were both ready to try this weekend life out…and it has been awesome!
By the time we met at the beginning of this year – I had quit my retail life – and have an awesome Monday – Friday job that is incredibly enjoyable. Kim quickly followed, and when she moved here from Minneapolis – we began trekking around this great state – finding amazing hikes, amazing brunch (mainly searching for the best bloody mary), and amazing craft beer. We are not a “quit your day job and travel the world” couple. But we are a mid-thirties couple – that felt stagnant in our past lives, and we are looking forward to taking advantage of great experiences from here on out! Between us we have traveled to 250+ breweries in 7 states, hiked hundreds of miles, and have enjoyed amazing brunches and bloodies!
